Monday - finishing last week's workouts and moving into week 12 variables.

I got up and did a step aerobics/sculpting video, 80 minutes total including abs.
At the gym I did last Thursday's workout - Fast, explosive reps Shoulders...
Warm-up 4 minutes elliptical, light presses...
BB presses 65X5, 65X5, 70X5
Upright row 50X5, 60X5, 60X5
lateral raise 3 sets 12'sX5
BB shrugs 3 sets 95X5
DB shrug 3 sets 35X5
rear delt flye 3 sets 10X5
In the evening I walked the dogs for 1/2 hour- 45 minutes (didn't look at the clock when I left)
Food was clean all day! drank over a gallon of fluids today.
Things I did right today:
- got new shoes! My plantar fasciitis said it was time a few days ago...finally got to it!
- got my daughter and her friend to join me on my walk.
- Had a busy morning and packed my meals and stayed on schedule!
- studied for my Exam (August 4th!)
