Monday is a great day for a PR!

Again...I don't know if it is psychological or if the vaso and xtend are that powerful...but I start for the gym thinking I am tired and then just slay the weights. Another few PRs today..the bench one was forced because some old lady was using the 2.5lb plates, so I could either go up or go down...no way I am going down (that ego will get me in trouble eventually, lol). SCIVATION YOU HAVE CREATED A MONSTER! OK...maybe I have been a monster all along, but Scivation has created the best monster fuel ever!
Chest/Back ATS week 2 - 3 working sets
Warm-up - 3 min treadmill
Deadlift w/u 135x10, 185X10 working sets 205X10 (where did that come from???), 215X6, 215X6 PR
SS:
Bentover row w/u 135X10, working 145X8, 155X7, 155X7
Bench Press W/u 135X10 working 155X9, 165X5 1/2 , 165X5 1/2 (Brian bumped me out of the hole last rep each set so i don't count it until i can clean it myself)PR!!!!
SS:
Lat pull down wide grip working sets 130X8, 140X6, 140X6
DB INcline press 55'sX8, 6 and 6
SS:
Seated cable row 3 sets 130X6
1 set cable crossovers while Barbie used the pec dec... 30X10,
Pec Dec flies 110X10, 120X8
Followed upwith 30 min gluteal program on elliptical (watching Spongebob...the BEST!)
Now to clean the house! Cook some protein and chill out!
Xtend flavors so far :
Watermelon - the bomb!
Grape - not too bad..
Green apple...hmmm not my fave but definitely not awful, lol.
