3 minute warmup on bike;10 reps warmup pushups x 1 each of regular, hands on bench and feet on bench.

Incline DB Presses: 15x20,12x25,10x25,8x25 (tried 30's but couldn't do more than one without assistance, so figured whats the point)
Incline flys: 12x20,10x25,8x25
Bentover rows: 15x50,12x55,10x60,8x65
Wide grip pulldowns: 12x60,10x70,8x70 (an option to add 5 lb. increments would be great instead of having to jump up 10 to increase.)

Military presses: these were supposed to be DB overheads but there were no benches free and I have such a hard time with my left elbow I decided to do these instead.
15x30,7x45 plus 7x40,10x40,8x45
Side laterals: 12x12,10x15,8x15

Will go back tonight for HIIT. I slacked on cardio last week--got to get it right this week. I have fat to burn!

Getting closer on the macro balance--but it is tough. I had 2 thighs and a breast for dinner last night (sounds a little kinky, huh?), huge omelette for breakfast, protein cake made with egg whites and protein powder in the middle of the day and I was still nearly 50 gms. short on protein. This morning that chicken still had not settled...I was afraid to add anything to it before my workout.
