Tuck Jump Burpees: 1x10

Practice: Quad Hop - 1x10

Circuit:
Two Hand Swings x 20
Left Cleans x 10
Right Cleans x 10
Left Snatch x 10
Right Snatch x 10
Two Hand Swings x 10
ATW x 30 seconds
Rest: 60 seconds

Repeated the above for 20:00. Did four rounds in 19:39.

Roller & Stretch: 12:45

Thoughts: I gotta build up the conditioning. I know I can do more than four.

I banged my knee pretty good yesterday and that made a few things a bit of a challenge. Nice lump and a bruise. Plus, I have a cold... started coughing midway through the second set of two handed swings.
