Joint Mobility: 9:30

TGUs: 5:00 with the 12kg bell. Alternating sides each rep.

Snatches: 115 with the 16kg bell.

Bench Press: 95x10/10/10/7

BO Rows: 50x10/65x10/75x10/10

Roller & stretch: 11:00

Thoughts: I wanted 120 on the snatches, but my left shoulder felt a bit of a pinch and some discomfort at times at the top. I'll do the 16kg on Friday, I guess.
