KB Warmup: 5:30

Practice: Did not do.

TGU: 5:00 minutes with the 16kg bell alternating sides each rep

Snatches: 5:00 minutes with the 16kg bell alternating sides each ten reps. Did 102.

Bench Press: 95x10x3

Cable Crossovers: 40x10x3

Roller & Stretch: 15:30

Thoughts: Recalibrated the scale with the 16kg bell... apparently I weigh 189 pounds. Not what I wanted to see, but oh well.

Dropped the practice today and went with five minutes of snatches. Was hoping to knock out more than 102, but it is what it is... I had some gas left in the tank, so I can likely up the pace a bit.

Overall, good today.
