Today, I feel real good. Still got the momentum going and muscles are tighting up. My brothers may be beating me on weight (by like a pound), but they don't feel the way I do. (Or... maybe they do... and well since I'm not them I can't tell. Ha, Ha) Good luck Brothers, I'm gona get ya both.
Today was Abdominals, Shoulders, Forearms, Legs and Calves:
4 Sets Seated Dumbbell Presses 20 lbs 15r, 12r, 10r, 8r
4 Sets Seated Lateral Raises 11r/8 lbs, 10r/5 lbs, 10r/3 lbs, 10r/3 lbs
4 Sets Bent Over Dumbbell Laterals 5 lbs 15r, 12r, 10r, 10r
3 Sets Seated Twists 15r, 15r, 15r
3 Sets Leg Raises 15r, 15r, 15r
3 Sets Crunches 15r, 15r, 15r
4 Sets Smith Machine Lunges 12r/50 lbs, 12r/30 lbs, 10r/ 30 lbs, 8r/30 lbs
4 Sets Inner Thighs Machine 100 lbs 12r, 12r, 10r, 8r
4 Sets Reverse Calf Raises 12r, 12r, 10r, 8r
Jogged for 30 minutes. "I hate Jogging."
