Monday - "rest" week

Well, I get to do what I want this week..so I picked a program from M&F Hers that looked like fun and did this Monday:

Warm-up: 8 minutes treadmill - gradually increasing speed up to a run for a minute then back down .

Lat-pull-down 75X15, 90X12, 105X10, 120X10 superset with
push-ups 15, 12, 12, 10
DB bench press 35'sX15, 40'sx12, 45'sX10, 50'sx8
Leg extension 70X15, 85X12, 100x10, 115X8 superset with
swiss ball hamstring curls 15, 15, 15
Db one-leg calf raises 3 sets 20X15 superset with
Overhead DB presses 30'sx12, 35'sX12, 40'sX9
DB kickback 15X15, 20x12, 25x10 superset with
DB curl 15x15, 20X12, 25X8
reverse crunches with med ball 3 sets 6X15

A very sweaty workout! the humidity is high right now, so that contributed, but I also had tons of energy from my time off :) fely really good just to play around a bit.

Food was clean all day - made some awesome spicy chili for dinner!
