Practice: Cleans/Presses/Snatches: 16kg 9:00

TGUs: 5:25 alternating sides each rep. Three per side with the 16kg bell.

Bench Press: 95x10x3

Cable Crossovers: 30x10/40x10x2

Roller & Stretch: 13:00

Thoughts: The cleans still need some work. I felt as though the chest wasn't getting enough, so I added some. May do some once or twice a week.
