Monday, Tuesday

This week's variable is supposed to be longer rest periods - the two minutes already feel like forever, 3 minutes seems excessive..

I did cardio on Monday, but didn't lift, Still exhausted.

Tuesday I looked in the mirror at my new definition and thought " I have come to far too back slide or quit" so I went and lifted. I did chest, it sucked, my weights were all down and I felt a bit defeated. Just one of those days.

I did cardio Tuesday evening, 1/2 hour on the bike, hills program, level 6.

Ate really clean Tuesday..made some awesome meatloaf - from the cookbook Stella's Kitchen (available on the Dave draper website).

Alright - enough of this tired crap! I have work to do!!!!!
