Monday & Tuesday

Monday - Chest and Calves:
Warm-up elliptical, push-ups 15 flat, 12 decline, 12 incline - trying to lpyo them, not getting too far up :(

DB Incline presses 45'sX12, 50'sX12, 55'sX10 :)
Flat bench (incline bench was unavailable) 115X12, 135X12, 145X9 :)
Flat Db Flyes 25'sX12, 30"sX12, 35'sX10
Standing calves 3 sets 130X15
Seated calves (my quads hurt!!!!)80X12, 80X15, 80X15
I did the Program #2 after lifting - on the elliptical instead of the treadmill - 4 sets of plyo lunges. I truely believe I am masochistic or something, why would I do that program when my legs were so sore to begin with????

Monday went to shit, foodwise - we went out to celebrate the beginning of the school year and ending up eating a ton and drinking too much beer...

Tuesday - major hangover, main goal of the workout - NOT PUKING.

Back and Hammies
Warm-up elliptical 3 minutes, light assisted pull=ups
BOR 100X12, 105x12, 110X12
closegrip pulldowns 110x12, 120X10, 130X8
Wide cable row 100X12, 105X10, 110X10
Seated leg curl 120X12, 140X10, 160X6 :0
SLDL limited ROM (really bored of these, lol) 165x12, 175X12, 185X8

I did 30 minutes step aerobics/kickboxing/agility stuff/jumping rope...a little plyo stuff, just messing around in the aerobics studio at the gym....

Goal achieved - no puking occurred :)

Food today will be on track...most likely shakes, as so far even thinking of eating anything solid makes me nauseous - yes, I AM an IDIOT.
