Monday tuesday...
Can't say it was a stellar weekend diet wise, not horrible, but not great. I have issues when I'm left sitting around the house...I need to get a handle on that! I did manage to get in a nice bike ride with my nieghbors though. Pretty leisurely, but it was our first ride of the Spring! I considered bringing my bike to work today for a lunch time ride, but decided I needed to get in my wt workout instead! Anyway...here's what I've done the past few days...
Saturday...Rest
Sunday..10km easy cycle
Monday...Pilates + swim (lot's of IM work which means lots of fly....definite HIIT workout!)
Tuesday...Wts (I'll put in a new entry for this workout when I finish it at lunch today)
Diet...not horrible, but I really need to work on my snack attacks.
