Monday...1st week of transitioning back to the gym....

I'm hoping this is the week I get back to wt training. My back is feeling better, but I've been away for so long, and had such pain this time, that I'm nervous about getting back to it. I have a Pilates class this evening (I've missed the past 3 weeks) and plan to swim with my club afterwards, so obviously today is not the day to start wts. Tomorrow I'll go to the gym and do a back friendly routine. I'll just have to go slow and listen to my body.

I feel like I've really started to slip these past few weeks and really need to get back to my "normal" routine. I'm feeling very flabby. This isn't the best week for me to be getting started...but there is no time like the present and it'll make next week seem that much better!

Only 12 weeks-and a bit- to summer (and my birthday) so I better get cracking!!
