monday....again

well...todays workout was nothing great either...just didn't feel very strong...I still need to get me a$$ on the treadmill today...and its almost noon....
ABS - 3 sets 20-30 each crunches/reverse curls/obliques
BB bench press 4 sets 12 reps 1st set 75lbs,2nd 3rd 90lbs,4th 105lbs,attempted 120 lbs...no go...
Incline DB press 3 sets 12 reps 1st,2nd 3rd 15lbs..I remembered kathy saying I should be able to do more...so I attempted 20 lb db's...no go...I dont have very good control with the db.
pec dec 3 sets 12 reps 30lbs
Wide grip pulldown 4 sets 12 reps 1st,2nd,3rd 75lbs,4th 90 lbs...but it was bad...I kept lifting off the seat
Seated cable row - narrow grip handle 3 sets 12 reps 1st 2nd 60lbs 3rd 75lbs
Standing lat press downs 3 sets 12 reps 30lbs
Now...to tackle the treadmill...
Food was bad over the weekend...maybe thats the problem...or...
oh no...what day of the month is it????
Maybe its hormones kickin in.....
