Monday...and another week begins....

The weekend went well except that my running buddy bailed on me on Saturday, so no real exercise on the weekend and I did over indulge a bit on Mothers Day, but not horrible. I think the PN diet is going to work very well for me. It'll insure I'm eating enough and will keep me away from the crap...so far so good. I think my only real remaining issue is alcohol...and I'm working on that too...little steps (;

Todays workout:

5min light run on treadmill

3 sets walking lunges/junmp quats (lunges with 15lb dbls)
3 sets seated EZ bar u/h grip 40/50/60lb
4 sets SLDLs 45/65/85/95lb
4 sets BB press 45/55/55/55
4 sets BB squats 45/95/95/95
3 sets EZ bar curls 30/30/30
ab work crunches/oblique/leg lifts 3 sets

stretch to cool down

All in all a good workout

Swimming tonight

PN Diet: (main idea is to get protien/veg or fruit at every meal with carbs only post workout)

meal 1: Cottage cheese + Berries + almonds
Meal 2: banana + nuts
Wt Workout
Meal 3: pecan crusted salmon(PN recipe) + green salad+ med salad(PN recipe) + red pepper
Meal 4: oatmeal + nut/prot bar (PN recipe)
Meal 5: chicken + veggies
Swim
Meal 6: PW shake (PN recipe)

I tell ya, with this amount of food I'm having NO urge to munch!!! The homemade bars aren't too bad either (they're just nuts/protien/egg)
