Monday..back at it for the long haul....
Well, after a rather stressful end to 2006 and then a much welcomed vacation over the past 10 days, i am ready to get back into a steady routine again! I need to find my body buried somewhere beneath this mushyness. Rest assured I'll have it back with a vengence by spring/summer. I started back at the gym today and boy it was tough. Kept the routine very easy and will continue this way for the remainder of the week, but I'm also getting back to swimming and pilates tonight...in for a penny in for a pound!
Here's what went down today...
5 min light jog on teadmill
walking lunges no wt/body bar/body bar with press up on lunge
seated row 10 reps 50/60/70lbs
BB press 10 reps 45/45/45lb
SL DLS 10 reps 45/65/85lb
lat pull downs 10 reps 50/60/70lb
back extentions 10 reps 3 sets no wt
stretch to cool down
Pilates after work and swimming at 8pm, if I'm still awake....
Diet is back on track, but it's pretty easy right now because I think I have enough food stored in me to last at least a week.
Interesting to see how far down the list I fell on the log entries...good to see everyone continuing to post. I won't be breaking my routine for quite some time! It's good to be back!
