Shoulder width chins supersetted with underhand grip shoulder width chins(using assist for perfect form. After using assist, I did sets wide grip without assist)
Sets....40x10,30x10/40x10,40x10

Chins without assist superset with V bar pulldowns
Sets....BWx10,BWx9/100x10,100x10

Bent over rows with smith machine, not counting smith
Sets....100x10,100x12,130x12,150x10(on raised step)

One arm dumbbell rows(strict form)
Sets....50x10,65x10,75x10,75x10

Hypers
3 sets of 10 with 25 lb. plate


Shoulders

Cable side laterals(30 sec. static hold)
Sets....40x12,50x12,65x9

Bent over rear laterals
Sets....45x15,45x15,45x15

Barbell shrugs to the front/last 2 sets with dumbbells
Sets....225x13,245x8/90x15,95x10

Rear shrugs
Sets...185x15,185x15
