Monday...first day of 3 week program.
I'm trying to get back into my normal routine again. Unfortunately my tummy's a bit "off" today, so I didn't put everything I had into my workout...but I did workout!
4 min w/u on treadmill
3X10 asst pullups all at 70lb assist
3X10 leg ext (50/60/70lb) haven't done these in ages
3X10 leg curls (50/60/60) ditto above
3X10 seated row-wide grip (50-60/70lb)
3X10 back extentions
3X10 various body squats (regular/single leg/single leg on ball)
Stretch to cool down
Have Pilates tonight so will get ab work in then.
I want to get myself onto a regular workout routine again. I think I'll set up a 3 week plan and see how that goes. I'll include a combination of wt training, HIIT and steady state cardio with swimming, cycling and running. I know I have 3 solids weeks before I go on a mini vacation to NYC. I need to stop doing these off the cuff workouts!
Diet today:
meal 1: smoothie (whey,yogurt,berries,flax,greens+)
meal 2: apple protien bar
workout-wts
meal 3: chicken breast, quinoa, raw mixed veggies
meal 4: oatmeal / protien
Pilates
meal 5: fish veggies
walk or bike ride
meal 6: cottage cheese, PB veggies
