Monday> DAY 1> WEEK 8 of 4 month challenge
So I think the anxiety meds might be working as far as my anxiety attacks go. I tested it by putting myself in a situation that would normaly cause me to have an attack. The result was that instead of getting anxious I got really tired for a short period of time. Unfortunately the meds cause some drowsiness throughout the day and may cause weight gain...(better not!!!) As expected the symtoms I went to the Dr. with are still present. It kind of feels like bad heartburn, a huge lump in my throat and sometimes a tight stinging feeling in my chest and back. It's not my heart! I went through some major tests in 2004 and everything was completely normal and I've been much healthier since then. I'll go back to see the Dr. on Wednesday, we'll see what his GUESS will be then. LOL (...not really funny, kind of sucks actually)
Was able to squeeze in a small workout even though I wanted to throw up.
