Monday...here we go again....
Well, yet another "fresh start". I kind of lost momentum last week, so here I go again...
Full body workout at gym:
5min treadmill
Asst pull ups 3 sets 12 ~75lb pull
BB bench press 3 sets 12X45lb
SL DL's 3 sets 12 / 45lb/65lb/65lb
seated row 3 sets 12 50/60/70lb
calf raises 3 sets 12 60/80/80lb
EZ bar curls 3 sets 12 all 30lb bar
back extentions 3 sets 12 last set holding 5lb wt
stretch to cool down.
Pilates this evening and possible swim.
Diet back in order.
I'm going to keep my routine full body for the next week, until I go on vacation. I will get back into this full throttle when I return. I want to see my numbers get back to where they used to be!!!
