monday...last 2 weeks....

Felt really strong today....kids are home...I workout with the head phones on..usually nobody is home so I sing away...my boy comes in and asks if I could not sing so loud..so I ask him why..am I bad...he says..well...yeah...kinda bad mom...so I sang LOUDER...little stinker...

ABS - 3 sets 20-30 each crunches/reverse curls/obliques

BB bench press 4 sets 12 reps 1st set 75lbs,2nd 3rd 90lbs,4th 105lbs(awesome)
Incline DB press 3 sets 12 reps 1st set 10lbs,2nd 3rd 15lbs
pec dec 3 sets 12 reps 30lbs
Wide grip pulldown 4 sets 12 reps 1st,2nd,3rd 75lbs,4th 90lbs
Seated cable row - narrow grip handle 3 sets 12 reps 1st 2nd 60lbs 3rd 75lbs
Standing lat press downs 3 sets 12 reps 30lbs


cardio went very well today...my mind was drifting into lala land so I thought it would be difficult...but I just sort of put my body on cruise control and let my mind drift...worked out well...before I knew it I was at 2 miles...could have gone longer...but I work a double shift tonight...didn't want to push it...

food is going well...went out to lunch at my favorite place yesterday...I got the german chocolate cake this time...ate 3 bites and was done...thats all I needed...was nice...
