MONDAY....restart workout

OK...its summer...I have put on a few pounds of mints and bread from work(olive garden) time to get my a$$ in gear...


3 sets 12 reps each

military press 25 lbs
bor 25 lbs
peck deck fly 30lbs
pull downs 45lbs
sldl 55lbs
squats 25lbs
curls 8lbs
lat raise 8lbs
tri kick backs 8 lbs

treadmill 25 min....


felt GREAT to workout again...and cut way back on bread and mints...

Glad to see you all still at it!!!!!
