Monday's workout on Wednesday...

Gym was closed for Christmas (not that I would have been there if it wasn't) and didn't open until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, which is too late for me to workout and get ready for work. Had planned to go last night with my daughter. She flaked. Instead of driving to the gym, I drove home, ate too much and crashed feeling very sluggish and piggy.
BB Bench Press: 4 sets 65x12,70x8,75x8,80x7
Incline DB Press: 4 sets 12x25(2), 10x25, 10x25
Cable Crossovers: 3 sets 35x12(2), 40x12
Lat Pulldowns: 4 sets 12x60,8x70,8x70,8x70
Seated cable row: 3 sets 12x60 (2), 8x70
Standing Lat Pressdowns: 3 sets 12x30
Came back in the evening for 45 min. cardio: 30 on elliptical and 15 plus 3 minute cooldown on treadmill.
Diet better today...but not 100%. Still have lots of leftover prime rib and some pecan pie. When that's gone, I'll be perfect, I promise.
