Monday..the good thing about leg day is...

By the last set of leg presses you are halfway done with the workout ;)
I woke up at quarter to one and then couldn't shut my brain off, old anxieties and new ran aroud for hours in my head..tired today, and just a tad cranky :( Didn't want to do anything AT ALL today. But we did go to the dogpark today, the sun was out, felt really good.

Am cardio - kickboxing dvd, good sweat!

Workout - Legs and abs

warm-up elliptical and light extensions

Leg extension 90X12, 100X10, 107.5X8
Leg press 270X12, 360X12, 360X10 beat
Smith squats 60X12, 70X12, 80X8
Shawn squats 3 sets 15
ball pass (abs) 3 sets 10
stretched..
No Pm cardio, thank goodness!

MOnday food:
7:15
1 scoop nectar whey on coffee

(cardio)

9:45
1 egg, 4 whites
red onion, mushrooms, spices
2 slices brown rice bread, smart balance

12:40
1 can healthy Choice country vegetable soup
chicken breast strips, sauteed w/ coconut oil

3:00
trying to drum up some energy...shake:
2 slices pineapple
crystal lite sunrise w/vitamin C
1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein
1/4c oats

(workout)

4:50 - at the grocery store...
Naked Juice protein smoothie (fruit sugars and whey protein)

6:00
chicken breast
baked potato, lite sour cream &gt;tbsp, smart balance
salad greens, 6 croutons, drizzle caesar dresing

Went to bed at 8 pm and slept until 5:45am!

things I did right today:
1) Got in and did legs even though I felt wiped out.
2) Got some sunlight at the dog park!
3) Went to bed early!
