monday...week....10...maybe???

WOW.....I feel sooooo much better.....my husband put my mp3 back together...he even loaded some new songs for me...I'd forgotten how much I love the band Everclear...he put some eminem on there for me(hey...if amy can admit she likes vanilla ice,I can admit I like eminem).Something funny from today....I lost the arm band for my mp3 a bit ago...so I always just put it in my workout top...today it fell through when I started running...no boobies to hold it up anymore!!!I thought it was pretty funny...



todays workout:
2 sets ea 20 reps crunches,leg lift,oblique
BB bench press 3 sets 8 reps 60lbs
Incline DB press 3 sets 12 reps 8lbs
pec dec 3 sets 8 reps 45lbs
Wide grip pulldown 4 sets 8 reps 60lbs
Seated cable row - narrow grip handle 3 sets 8 reps 45lbs
Standing lat press downs 3 sets 8 reps 30lbs

30 min treadmill...2.5 miles...
Food
eggs oats ca. bacon(morning after work)
1 scoop shake(before workout)
1 sc shake(after workout)
sirloin patty,broccolli,potatoe(before work)
sm chef salad(at work)




another new song added was mc hammer....so to quote him"go ahead and ring that bell....schools in...you can't touch this..."GRRRRRRR....game is ON ladies....
