Decided to do a 3day split this week:
Mon. Chest/bis/abs
Wed. Legs/tris
Fri Shoulders/back/abs

Sooo....Today went as follows:

5min warmup as always on treadmill

Bench Press-HS:
12*36
10*36
8*46
6*56 (up 10lb from last week)

EZ-Bar bicept curls:
12*30
10*30
8*30
4+4*30 (couldn't get past 4 so stopped and tried again)

incline chest press-machine
15*20
12*25
10*30
8*35 (up 5lb from last week)

Pec Deck
15*30
12*40
10*50
6*60 (all I could do until my neck spased out!)

Abs (did 1st 3 in circuit on machine)
Hanging leg crunches 15/10/10
Hanging leg twists 15/10/10
Hanging leg lifts 10/10/8
oblique on leg extention machine 20/20/20 each side

rotator cuff-cables (rehab for tendonitis)
15*5, 15*5, 10*10

push ups
2*15

Enjoyed the workout (except the last pec dec one)Love the pumped feeling in the arms!! I think I will try this 3day split for a while-at least this week anyway (:

Have a 1hr pilates class this evening.
