Had my daughter download new songs on my mp3...makes such a difference.

probably could have used more weight but I havent done these in a LOOOOOOONG time...didnt want to push it.

30 min treadmill...4.0-4.5
was wussy...but legs were wobbely.Still felt great.I had fun with it.

Have been upping my calories..a little at a time..starting to get hungry so my metabolism must be moving again.Headed to the grocery store to really get my diet in check.

AND....I have lost 8 lbs(yes..all water...but so what...my pants fit great)and almost 2 inches off my waist.
