10 TH Swing
1 Left TGU
1 Right TGU
Repeat for 30 minutes - used the 24kg bell for swings and the 16kg bell for TGU

Completed eight rounds in 29:00

Roller & Stretch: 17:00

Thoughts: Really focused on the TGU form today. Fingers are still a little bit iffy. Might actually need to see somebody.
