KB Press (16kg): four sets of five reps
Pullups: four sets of five reps
Dips: four sets of five reps
Roller & Stretch: 17:30
Thoughts: My bodyweight (after food and water) was 186. Not too bad today, though. Long way to get back to the RoP. Pullups were challenging today.
