Warm Up: KB Warmup

Pullups: 5/6/8/5/4.5 (last two sets were supposed to be nine and ten. Right)

TGUs: 20kg - three per side - six minutes

Roller & Stretch: 15:00

Thoughts: Not sure how the twenty reps are gonna go on the 14th. Certainly will NOT be easy.

Overall, today wasn't too bad. Legs are still sore from Wednesday.
