Warm Up: 5:20 (KB)

Compass: three per side

TGU: one per side with the 32kg

Windmill: 16kg 2x5/side

Cleans: Practice as much as my fingers would allow

Jerks: Practiced a few of these too

Roller & Stretch: 18:30

Thoughts: Overall, pretty good. The 32kg TGU was a little wobbly, so I played it safe and did only one on each side.

Fingers are still a little sore, but I think time will heal this issue.
