Abs CableCruches 2 sets 20 w/70lbs LyingFrtKicks 1 set35 2ct,1 set40 2ct
Cardio: 25 mins 2 miles
Not bad Considering My Eagles looked like crap. Poor play calls, Terrible offensive line and McNabb had happy feet the first Quarter when the line was holding up. Oh well maybe they'll Bench McNabb and fire Andy Reid.
