Moving on up

Just finished the Advance workout and feeling GREAT! (slightly sore) but great. Has also been a great day nutrition wise, walked past the takeaway shop at lunch and bought me a sandwich, salad in the fridge ready for tomorrow - BRING IT ON .

Haven't noticed any weight loss yet but I'm sure muscle will add to it before I lose it...
