My first day, hopefully not my last

Today is my first day working out in a looooooooong time. I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl a little over 3 weeks ago and I am ready to start saying buh bye to this ugly loose belly. I started off weighing 238lbs when I got pregnant and lost a total of 6 lbs at the end of my pregnancy. Even though I haven't weighed myself yet (waiting for my 6 week checkup) I have been eating heathy and think I may be losing weight or at least not gaining any. However I look like I am still pregnant, about 6 months pregnant to be exact. 

A few years ago I found this site and after doing the workouts for a month and eating right, I lost 20 lbs and was at my lowest weight at 211lbs. I have not been back to that weight since then (about 5 years ago) :(

Both my husband and I are ready to get in shape. He joined a gym, with a 4 yro and a newborn, joining a gym is not an option for me. I really hope I stay on track this time because I know this sites workout plan works. I just hope I keep it up once I start seeing results. Wish me luck.

    I wish the best luck for you and congrats on your new baby girl. I have just joined this site, literally 30 minutes ago, in hopes to make that change within myself. One thing I know for sure is motivation and determination is key. I know you can do it if you stay positive. Good Luck (^.^)
