Need a menu

I need a menu I guess. Everyone says to eat seafood and lots of beans....those are two things I have the hardest times with. I guess I could do fish and beans if there was a good way to cook it. I have gained 50 lbs since Christmas and I cannot shed the pound. I am almost 300. Hard time moving and breathing..  If someone has a good menu and what are good times to eat I am all ears.

I wake around 6-7 AM and go to bed around 10-11 PM.
I snack all day long and I know that is bad. I would drink 2-3 1 litters of soda a day and I know that is bad. I had about a cup of soda today and none yesterday. If I can get away from the soda I think I would be better.

I love meats, eggs, cheese, pasta and breads. most veggies but peas and tom's...lol

    Try a low carb diet. I know it sounds like another crappy diet, but my mother tried it. She did not extra exercise, just stuck to the diet. She has been doing it for around Three to Four months and has lost 20kgs. Doing exercise would speed up the process. :) I hope im a help. Madi. :)
