need help

hi i am a new member i really need some help to work out a diet plan.I do not eat vegtables or some salads.but i do like fruit.so if anyone out there who doesnt eat veggies but have a diet plan they could share with me please i would like to hear from you..with my exercise i dont live near a gym and i dont have exercis equipment is there any ideas part from walking that i could add to my plan..thankyou

    Hi, There are a lot of things you can do at home. walking is good but maybe try working in some exercise stuff on a video, aerobics, P90x, Jump rope, zumba, kick boxing stuff like that. Whatever you find to be fun. Also change it up so you don't do the same stuff all the time. As far as diet if you are not eating vegtables take a multi vitamin. Are you trying to lose or maintain? Start a food log.
