So i have no problem getting up and doing excersises, but i have no motivation to get myself up doing it. Now when i have someone doing it with me or even just coaching me throught it i can push myself a little harder then when im by myself. Like today i wanted to go walikng at the park and i'm sitting here doing nothing. Please someone give me some tips on how i may better motivate myself to get this done.
I'm the same way...I lack mental motivation....I have to tell myself not to be so lazy and get up...Mind over matter...Now I'm up and excersing...one day at a time...don't get over whelmed....
