Warm-up bodyweight squats 10 reps each narrow,regular, wide stance

Squats (DB or BB) 15 20 12 30 10-40 8-50
Sumo squats 12 20 10 30 8 50
Sissy squats 12 na
Front Squats 12 10 10 9 8 9


So the sissy squats i just don't get it. I watched many videos on the technique but im not sure Im made to do it. In my failed attempts it felt like my knee was going to blow up....hmmm. oh Amy why can't you be near when i need you :(....that was pretty pathetic wasnt it.
