Need to Burn off the Sickness!

After being sick for the last 5 days, I'm ready to get back to my healthy eating, as I have been eating next to
nothing for the last few days. Snack and lunch today, mostly healthy- turkey sandwhich, mixed nuts & dried fruit, yogurt, apple and I am cheating with a few Sun Chips and a cookie. But I will probably have a light dinner. I know I'm dehydrated, which is why I need to PUMP this water into my veins, I've also been opting for tea instead of coffee- good choice!
Tonight calls for a slow flow and meditation yoga class, an hour and a half. Looking forward to it after having taken a few basics classes, I feel I'm ready to take the next step. I'm nervous though, I feel like still having a little sickness in my veins might make me woozy or ill in class. I'm hoping for a light cleanse and detox instead! Finger crossed, but it's a great workout, wish me luck =]
