Need to get started

Sitting here trying to focus on work and i can't stop thinking of food, my co woker is not really doing much to assist me in my battel with my "boep" at this stage as she is also feeling very peckish and as she is the size of my one leg, doesn't have reaon not to eat.

I have to keep telling myself that ja, you're not fat, but your sick of looking this way sick of feeling this way, ypu have made this dissision now stick to it, you want to loose 20kg , now get your bum in gear and do it.

Is it so bad that i want to be sexy.....

    Lots of small healthy meals are actually the best thing you could do for your metabolism. Eat when she eats, just make sure it healthy food! Have a snack of celery and pepper sticks, or a bit of tuna, or some cottage cheese with strawberries, or my fav, 2 healthy crackers (like Ryvita multi-grain) with almond butter. It keeps you full, and keeps your sugar levels, from dipping. You don't get to the point where you are starving and start craving high carb foods for quick energy. Your motivation is the best kind - you are doing it for you!
