Hi , my name is Richard. My wife and I recently started working out. We joined a local gym. Still trying to find a good workout plan. Going just about every other day or night mainly because of the hours I work. My wife has lower back injuries , so finding a good workout for her is tough. Any advise is helpful. Been going for about a month. I have a masks shift regime I've been doing. Mostly upper body machine weights for now until I get in a little better shape. I'm on my feet all day at work so I also walk treadmill at end of y workout. I do seven different upper body exercises . right now at 2 sets of 15 on each station with small break between each set. I don't know the names of the machines I use. All 7 are different. Any advise would be great. Thanks
