I am starting the 8 week FT weight loss and toning routine today. Today was Abs, back, calves
Back
Wide Grip Machine Pulldowns 12x90, 12x95, 10x95, 8x95
Seated Machine Pull Over 12x80, 12x90, 10x90, 8x90
Calves
Machine Standing Calf Raises 12x100, 12x100, 10x100, 8x100
Abs
Crunches 15, 15
Leg Raises 15, 15
Seated Twists 15, 15

15 minutes on treadmill.
