well DOC hectic first weeks schedule with all the schedule changes day to day for training has left me no time whatsoever to train..however did have off today so i got to the gym asap

sorry i havent been on my shift is 4pm-12am but i have had to every other day go in at 8am which leaves me no time at the minute
