First off let me say "I love starting the week with LEGS!!!!!!!!YES!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Started the Sully Mass Gain Plan today and holy sheep sh**! My legs are already getting sore
Day One, Week One - Lower body Quad dominant:
Warmed up on the treadmill and a light set of squats...
A Squats 155X10, 175X8, 195X6, 215X4, 135X20
The 215 is a personal Best - I told Brian I wanted to hit 200 and he kept piling on the plates...
B1 Narrow Smith Squat (hack) 90X10, 110X10, 130X8, 140X8 PB
B2 Leg Press 270X15, 320X15, 360X12, 450X12
C walking lunges 55X14, 65X12, 65X12 almost puked
D Leg extensions 100X20, 120X15, 120X15 that really sucked The last few reps were really not very good.
E Seated calf raises (at least my quads didn't have to do anything, )
3 sets 100X10
Followed it with 20 minutes low-moderate inetensit on the treadmill and stretching.
I feel fantastic! But I also feel like my legs may give out from under me at any given moment
Tonight I will ride my bike for a while and do abs! I will add my food later, too!
