New Routine

I am getting ready to finish my week of rest and I am still working on my new routine. I will continue with the total body plan and I will also continue to switch up the set and rep scheme. I will not repeat the same # of reps and sets in back to back workouts and I will only repeat the scheme once over the six week routine. I would appreciate any feedback on what I have come up with so far:
