New Routine

Will be back at it after a 10 day break. I have not finalized this yet, but I think I will go with:

Lifting Day 1:

Squats
Incline D.B. Press
T-Row
Hammer Curls
Side Delt Raise

Lifting Day 2:

Push Press
Chins
GM
Leg Curls
Seated Calf Raises

Lifting Day 3:

Dips
Seated Row
Step Ups (Bar)
Skull Crushers
Rear Delt Fly

Set and rep ranges will change each work out.
