New Routine

I worked shoulders today - a new routine. It is kind of different and will take a little getting used to. I am also reading up on the workout Mark recommended. Maybe I will do this routine for 5 weeks and then try the other one...we will see.

Shoulders/Traps/Abs

I warmed up for 3 minutes on th etreadmill and did 1-2 light sest for each new movement.

overhead bb press, standing 90X6 95X6, 85X10, 85X9, 75X12
leaning lateral raise 20X6, 20X6, 15x10, 15x10, 12x12 superset with
weighted crunches 15#X10, 20#X10, 25#X10, 25#X20
upright row* 55X5, 50X6, 45X10, 40X10, 35X12
superset with bicycle crunches 3 sets 20 reps
bentover lateral raise 25'sX6, 25'sX6, 20'sX10, 20'sX10, 15'sX12
BB shrug 185X6, 185X6, 155X10, 155X10, 135X12

stretched. done.

Going to visit my dad tonight, so I don't know if I will get my bike riding in or not....
