side laterals 3,4,5,8
front laterals 3,4,5.8
dumbell kickbacks 20,30,35,40
cable pushdowns with a rope 30.50,60,80
roman chair left right middle 10x10xlw,10,15
cable crunch 10x120x3 sets left right middle
full range machine crunch 10x120,140,160
back hypers 10x25,35,45
supersetted with 1/2 range crunch 10x120,140,180
walk 3 miles 45 minutes
