Question.... Is it better to try to do this first thing in the morning??? I don't want to set myself up to say at the END of the day I'm too tired... but I also want to know the best time of day to do this....

I'm by no means an expert but I have taken college level courses in nutrition and physical education. It's been found that exercise releases endorphins which give you that happy and energized feeling, which is nice if you need a little boost to get going through the day. Also, if you're going to be running or doing some type of physical activity outside with the morning chill in the air, your body tends to
heat up even more to combat the lower environmental temperature. This causes your body to burn more fat. However, drinking a glass of cold water also causes this effect. May you should try morning and evening workouts on different days and see how you feel about it. Just thought I'd share. Hope that helps.
