Well today was very busy at work but I was able to do ok.
6 am: 1 whole egg, 7 egg whites, 1 cup oats, splenda, and sugar free syrup, 2 1200mg fish oil
10 am: 2 scoops whey protein, 3/4 cups oats
Lunch....Yea....Well for a plus I passed up on pizza and wasn't hungry at the time the office was eating it. I got busy and forgot to eat until 10 minutes before my 2pm meeting. So I didn't eat until 4.
4:30 pm: 2 Spicy Tuna Patties, these are so good!
6:30 pm: workout
7:15 pm: PWO shake 1 scoop whey protein
8 pm: Szechuan Chicken, 1 cup brown rice, again this is very good. Thanks for the recipe post Amy! Now I have dinner made for the next three days too.
Left work late and other things so I wasn't able to do my full workout tonight. Tomorrow I will be doing supersets to make up for today and do tomorrows as well.
